Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, has sparked mixed reactions online for not shaking President Muhammadu Buhari during the National honour. Naija News earlier reported that Buhari on Tuesday conferred some Nigerian citizens and foreigners with national honours.
The event was held at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Abuja. This follows the release of the final list of persons proposed for various distinguished honours.
